Caroline is a regular contributor to media discussions on sex and sexuality related topics. She has a weekly relationship advice column with the Irish Independent called Asking for a Friend.

In 2018 Caroline appeared in a series of Newstalk videos alongside occupational therapist and sex educator Sarah Sproule to explore how sex, porn, and sex education are discussed in Ireland.
